Delivery of your order

Kruizinga.com performs deliveries throughout Europe. At each request for a tender or order we will send you a proposal for the transport costs, for which we will ask your approval by fax or e-mail. Our products are bulky, however, through clever combining and packaging we are able to deliver against very competitive transport rates.

Collecting goods at Wapenveld (NL)

Do you prefer to collect your goods yourself? No problem! The warehouses of Kruizinga.com are opened from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

NOTE! We are closed on the 17th and 18th of May. There are no deliveries on these days.

Delivery times

Kruizinga.com uses the following indications for its deliveries, all delivery times are stated at the products and can simply be distinguished on the basis of colour.

= On stock
= Delivery within 8 work days
= Delivery within 12 work days
= Delivery after consultation

If you want to know the status of your order, you can log in at “My account” at the top of the website. If you log in, you can track the status of each order on line.

Delay

If, for some reason, your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine a new delivery or collection date. Here, you can read everything on delivery time.
