Kruizinga.nl, the largest online shop in the area of warehouse and material handling equipment in Europe, will be moving. The company has had its base in Apeldoorn for 50 years since it was established. We will be moving into new premises in Wapenveld this summer due to the growth of our activities, the need for a modern product presentation, to reduce CO2 emissions and to achieve more efficiency.
Kruizinga.nl delivers an extensive range of warehouse and material handling equipment for all sectors in the industry. They are standard products but also custom-built solutions that are created in modern equipped factories. We can, therefore, always deliver a product that fits in optimally with material handling and production and logistics processes. "The past few years Kruizinga.nl has grown considerably and our premises in Apeldoorn have become too small. This is the reason why we moved to different locations in the area for storing stock of new and second-hand products. This is not an ideal situation because it is inconvenient to give visitors a complete overview of the delivery programme. Moreover, more internal transport is required and a lot of precious time is lost with loading and unloading lorries. It also leads to unnecessary many kilometres, fuel and CO2 emissions. Obviously, this does not fit in with a leading company that specialises in recycling products and resources that are meant to improve efficiency. Kruizinga has found ideal company premises on the site of the former Berghuizer Papierfabiek in Wapenveld with large industrial buildings, a high-rise warehouse and office space. All warehouse and material handling equipment can be stored inside.
Moreover, we will only be working with electrically driven forklift trucks at the new premises. They are not only quieter but they do not produce exhaust fumes. This is also an important aspect for the new 'green route' that Kruizinga.nl is taking. Large items such as cabins, containers, tail-lifts and loading ramps can be stored outside without causing inconvenience.

All products will be under one roof in a well-organised manner at the new premises. Customers can quickly and easily view and compare products. Mayoress Pijnenburg happy with the arrival of Kruizinga.nl in Wapenveld
APELDOORN, Soon, Kruizinga.nl, the largest online shop in the area of warehouse and material handling equipment, will move into its new site in Wapenveld (municipality of Heerde). Recently, mayoress Inez Pijnenburg and Sjoerd Kruizinga met at the new company premises. The mayoress is happy that the company from Apeldoorn has chosen “her” municipality.
Kruizinga.nl is a unique company that has grown considerably during the past few years. The web shop currently has a number of company premises in Apeldoorn for the impressive range of warehouse and material handling equipment it carries. However, this situation is not ideal because, for example, a lot of additional internal transport is required and it is also difficult to give customers a complete picture of the range because products are spread out amongst the current premises. Kruizinga had already been looking for some time for an alternative site where all products could be kept under one roof in a practical manner. We found this location on Ir. R.R. van der Zeelaan in Wapenveld. The representative company premises on the site of the former Berghuizer Papierfabriek offer more than sufficient options for an efficient and environmentally-responsible business practice. The site can be found ten minutes away from the A28 and A50 and can be perfectly accessed using lorries. Moreover, there is complete surveillance at the site and there is permanent access control.

"Mayoress Inez Pijnenburg has confirmed that the closure of the Berghuizer Papierfabriek (Berghuizer Paper Factory) in 2007 was a considerable blow for the town of Wapenveld in Gelderland. Not just because of the jobs that were lost but also because an end came to a 300-year rich history when paper production stopped. The old buildings where the paper was produced have already been demolished but the modern and perfectly usable industrial buildings and offices have remained. Soon the Kruizinga.nl products will be housed in the former cutting factory and the (high-rise) warehouse.
Sjoerd Kruizinga explains that they are ideal premises for different reasons. Loading and unloading products will take place under one roof. Wind and rain will not affect products and nearly all of the range can be stored inside due to the high maximum floor load. Moreover, the ideal climate can be maintained in the industrial buildings with very low energy consumption. Another example is that only electrically driven forklift trucks will be used in the industrial buildings. They are not only quieter but produce no exhaust fumes when compared with the current diesel forklift trucks we use. Mayoress Pijnenburg is enthusiastic about the ‘green route’ that Kruizinga.nl is taking. All the more because the industrial estate can be found in a beautiful nature reserve. The mayoress is happy that Kruizinga.nl has chosen for Wapenveld. She emphasises that the reliable and progressive company fits in perfectly in the plans of the municipality to inject new life into the site of the former paper factory.

In de week van 19 tot en met 23 april 2010 is Kruizinga.nl te zien in de ‘Bedrijfsauto Special’ op RTL-Z, de zakenzender van RTL. Op de toekomstige vestiging in Wapenveld ontmoet Sjoerd Kruizinga burgemeester Inez Pijnenburg van de gemeente Heerde, waar ook Wapenveld ondervalt. Zij is om een aantal redenen blij met de komst van Kruizinga naar haar gemeente. De ‘Bedrijfsauto Special’ is te zien op de volgende dagen en tijdstippen:
