The Kruizinga electric walk-behind stacker is a powerful and compact lithium high lifter, specifically developed for efficient pallet transport and stacking in warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics environments. Thanks to its robust construction, proportional speed control, and maintenance-free lithium-ion technology, this electric stacker is ideal for intensive daily use.
With a lifting capacity of 1500 kg and a lifting height of 3500 mm, this stacker is suitable for safely stacking and moving pallets at an ergonomic working height. The mast has a retracted height of 2230 mm and a maximum mast height of 3935 mm with fully raised forks. This makes the truck suitable for use in warehouses with limited headroom.
The stacker is equipped with a powerful and maintenance-free 24V / 60Ah lithium-ion battery with an integrated charger. Lithium technology offers significant advantages such as fast charging, low self-discharge, maintenance-free operation, and a considerably longer service life than traditional lead-acid batteries. Furthermore, the battery supports intermediate charging without loss of capacity, which increases uptime.
Thanks to intelligent proportional speed control, lifting and lowering movements can be controlled with extreme precision. As a result, the mast moves smoothly and stably, minimizing shocks and vibrations. This not only increases user comfort but also makes the truck suitable for safely handling fragile or unstable goods. Additionally, this technology reduces wear on the mast, bearings, and chassis, extending the lifespan of the stacker.
The ergonomic multifunctional tiller head provides direct access to functions such as proportional lifting and lowering, creep speed, emergency reverse switch, battery status, error code display, and speed settings. This makes the truck easy to operate and allows any malfunctions to be identified quickly.
The robust construction consists of a reinforced steel chassis with high-quality mast profiles and a double lifting chain construction for extra stability and safety during lifting. Additionally, the truck features automatic speed reduction above a lifting height of 500 mm and an automatic delayed lowering function for loads exceeding 600 kg, which significantly increases safety during work at height.
This electric stacker runs on wear-resistant polyurethane wheels, which ensure quiet operation, low rolling resistance, and excellent handling characteristics on hard warehouse floors. The drive wheel has a size of Ø210 x 70 mm, while the load wheels are Ø80 x 70 mm. Thanks to its compact design and a turning circle of only 1425 mm, the truck is highly maneuverable in narrow aisles.
