Description
A mobile, tilting waste bin in a chipboard design (with screen and drain tap), also known as a tipper or self-tipping bin, is designed for the professional and safe handling of various waste streams. The bin is constructed of 2 mm thick steel plate and features a double-folded top edge for extra stability. The tipping side consists of double steel plate and is welded oil-tight, making the bin suitable for both liquid and solid materials. With a capacity of 450 litres and a load capacity of 750 kg, this version is suitable for large and heavy waste flows.
The sturdy base of 3 mm thick steel plate with integrated insert sleeves makes the bin safe to lift with a forklift. The base plate and anti-tip protection prevent accidental tipping. For manual use, the bin features an ergonomic push handle. The entire structure is finished with a durable RAL 5007 blue powder coating, resistant to wear and corrosion.
The tipper bin is mounted on two swivel casters and two fixed casters made of TPE rubber (200 x 40 mm) with ball bearings, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. The integrated TOTALSTOP central braking system on the castor wheels ensures that the container can always be secured stably and safely during use.
This model is equipped with a kick-off valve and a screen, ideal for separating solids and liquids. This makes the tipping bin suitable for wet product residues, slurries, and maintenance work, among other things. The kick-off valve and screen can also be retrofitted, allowing existing tipping bins to be easily upgraded.
This mobile tipping waste bin is both mobile and forklift-compatible, offering a versatile, safe, and professional solution for waste and material handling.
